One of the most premium products in our inventory, it is procured after the nectar is extracted from the buds of Acacia trees. The best kind of Acacia Sumor honey is found in Oman and is characterized by its dark red color and after prolonged storage it gets a blackish appearance. It is the only honey that does not crystallize even after 2000 years, giving it a long shelf life. Storing this honey for longer periods gives it a strong pungent smell and a well-developed taste. If kept in a clean and dry place, it can be stored for three years or longer.
